Cookie Truffles

Easy-to-make chocolate truffles made with cookies, butter, milk and coated with either chocolate or chopped nuts.



    Ingredients:
400 grams tea biscuit cookies
1 cup of sugar
1 cup milk
2 tbs cocoa powder
1 1/2 stick butter (180 grams) 
Nuts, chocolate and powdered sugar for covering.

Blend cookies in the blender or food processor. 
Heat milk and butter. Mix in sugar with cocoa.
Add butter, melt it and add sugar mixture.
Cool down the milk until it's warm. Pour into cookies.
Mix well. Roll it into the balls.
Roll in grated chocolate or you can melt chocolate and cover em.
In white chocolate or nuts. Refrigerate for a little bit to make em firmer.

    1. I would say 5-7 days ahead will be fine. Keep it in the closed box in the fridge.
